The village of Sant Ferran de Ses Roques is located in the center of Formentera at the crossroads between Es Pujols, Sant Francesc and La Mola.
A perfect place to enjoy the cuisine of the island of Formentera. Dining or just sitting and having a drink on one of its terraces watching all the people passing by. A legendary and must-visit place is Fonda Pepe, which has been open since 60’s and where you can breathe the authentic hippy atmosphere of the island.
Another very interesting thing of this small village is that at sunset, a craft market is set up along its central pedestrian street, with all kinds of handicrafts with influenced and inspired in the island of Formentera. Always interesting.
In the village plaza is its church. It is not whitewashed are usually in Ibiza and it is very simple. In addition, it was the same parishioners who back in 1883 decided to built it due to the refusal of the bishopric to do so.
