It’s one of the most amazing and unique natural environments in the island of Ibiza. It was declared Nature Reserve in 1995 and a Natural Park in 2001.
A large territory located in the south of the island, formed by the incredible beaches of Ses Salines, Es Cavallet and Es Codolar, and the salt ponds, where a rich ecosystem of flora and fauna coexist. The marine environment represents 75% of the park area and is characterized by the ecological relevance of the Posidonia Oceanica seagrass meadows, declared as a World Heritage Site.
