Because one of the greatest pleasures you can enjoy on the island is to fuse all the taste and flavour of its cuisine with the beautiful surroundings to enjoy a complete experience that only a place like Ibiza you can give
Del Carmen (Cala d’Hort)
This restaurant has been in business for years, right on the beachfront of the famous beach of Cala d’Hort, a spectacular beach that stands out as the ‘guardian’ of the best views to the island of Es Vedrà. And with such great views you can enjoy succulent dishes at Restaurante Del Carmen that chef Bartolo Ferrer and his team prepare with the best ingredients and fresh foods. We highly recommend its traditional and delicious seafood dishes, such as their fantastic ‘Guisat de Peix’ (typical Ibicenco-style fish stew). Simply scrumptious.
Es Torrent ( Sant Josep)
In one of the most hidden coastal parts in the Es Cubells area, along the bay of Porroig, there is a small beach cove that shares its name with the main restaurant: Es Torrent. This privileged spot still keeps its original essence and with a peaceful and quiet atmosphere perfect for a rest after a fantastic meal. In this atmosphere you will enjoy super high quality dishes where for more than a quarter of a century it has kept the essence of the traditional seafood cuisine. Any of its delicious baked fish dishes or Ibicenco lobster stews will greatly satisfy even the most demanding gourmets.
Can Salvadó (Pou des Lleó)
Among the most beautiful beaches in the north of the island you’ll find the discrete fishing cove Pou des Lleó, a different beach where you’ll surely find peace and tranquility so you can unwind from the bustle of the rest of the island. In the vicinity of this lovely cove is where Salvadó restaurant is situated, named after the owner’s ‘llaut’ (a traditional Ibicenco fishing boat). Here you can enjoy delicious seafood dishes prepared with fresh fish caught by the local fishermen. It will be the perfect place to try a delicious ‘parrillada de pescado’ (grilled fish combo) and enjoy the great variety of fish that you can find on the island.
Can Pujol (Port des Torrent)
Overlooking the bay of Sant Antoni and the island of Conejera, Can Pujol is one of the most renowned seafood restaurants on the island. The restaurant owner is closely linked to the fishing tradition of the island and therefore requires in each of his dishes the best quality that surely won’t disappoint anyone. This restaurant preserves the essence of yesteryear when it was just a beach bar, and today is one of the key places for fans of quality fresh fish. Enjoy here a traditional ‘Bullit de Peix’, a typical dish of the island that will surely delight you.
S’Illot (Playa Illot des Renclí)
With over 20 years of in business, S’Illot is a modest restaurant, but its dishes will delight anyone who enjoys good seafood cuisine. Here you will enjoy under the shade of the pine trees fabulous views of the coastline. This small sandy beach cove has crystal clear waters and a beautiful area with fishermen huts that are ideal for relaxing. The beach is dominated by the small island that gives its name to the cove and that can be easily accessed by foot, as the strait to the island is very shallow. Now that we’ve showed you this wonderful beach we can only recommend you to not miss opportunity to enjoy one of the great dishes of this restaurant, such as ‘arroz marinera’. Enjoy!
