2. Morning Walk

This nature reserve contains fascinating landscapes with its salt pans shimmering in tones of green, blue and even reddish hues, due to the varying concentrations of salt. Here, we also find one of Ibiza’s defense towers: La torre de Ses Portes, which, centuries ago, guarded the island against Saracen pirates. It is also impressive to behold the great mountains of raked salt or spot the flamingos that sojourn on our island during much of the year. 3. Shopping and a Chic Aperitif in La Marina
As a place that is gravid with history, while, at the same time, being a bustling cosmopolitan shopping district, La Marina has a singular charm. Take time to wander through its little streets and get lost browsing in its colorful boutiques, shops, cafés and restaurants. Stop for a drink or get a bite to eat and then, walk up to the bastions for a spectacular view of the harbor below.
