Tatel

TATEL Ibiza
This ambitious project opened its doors last April under the patronage of Rafa Nadal, Enrique Iglesias and Pau Gasol. Located between Ushuaia and Hard Rock Hotel and covering 1400m, Tatel specializes in traditional Spanish cuisine. It has a wonderful beachside terrace, live music and a vanguard cocktail menu of the highest quality. The décor features metals, marbles, walnut and stained glass reminiscent of Manhattan’s Upper East Side, yet is underscored with subtle Mediterranean touches.

Zela

ZELA

Zela is a new restaurant in Ibiza that combines Japanese and Mediterranean cuisines, achieving a fusion of tastes and aromas that is unique on the island (and in the world, we would dare to say). This culinary venture is brought to you by the four-star chef Ricardo Sanz who has devised a menu based on products of the orient intermingled with fresh, in-season local produce.

“Going into this restaurant is like being transported back to a colonial veranda with mahogany furniture, painted murals and floor tiles that mark out geometric patterns into infinity.

Sublimotion-24

SUBLIMOTION
Paco Roncero will surprise you with his original and exclusive menu in which haute cuisine is paired with the latest technology. His staging is unprecedented in that it turns fine dining into a new performing art, the first gastronomic spectacle in the world, and Ibiza’s Hard Rock Hotel is the stage on which this wholly unique experience is performed. The setting is a 350m2 installation, conceived expressly for the presentation of the world’s first gastronomic show. The main capsule is a diaphanous space measuring 70m2 wall to wall and 7 meters in height. It also contains a highly sophisticated audiovisual system. The table designed for 12 diners embodies one the most important technological developments in the sector of gastronomic innovation. The after-dinner space consists of a 250m2 private terrace where diners can continue the evening’s experience once the meal has concluded.
