07 am. It’s time to wake up

It’s time to wake up and watch the sunrise from Villa Can Papiro. A fantastic luxury villa for rent. Located at the top of Cap Pep Simó, in Talamanca. A private residential area next to Ibiza Town. The house has an amazing infinity pool and stunning views to Formentera, to the port and to Marina Botafoch.

09 am. For breakfast

For breakfast, a good option is Sa Calma, a bistro located in Marina Botafoch, right next to the sea and with stunning views to Dalt Vila, the old city. It has an extensive breakfast and Mediterranean dishes menu

11 am. Time for the beach

Time for the beach and some sun bathing, we have chosen ‘Aguas Blancas, a beautiful nudist beach that has been immaculately preserved. With pristine water and fine grain sand, fitting eloquently with the unique rocky landscape.. To get there you must pass through the village of Sant Carles, at the crossing of the bar Anita, you take the turnoff to the left and follow the road signs… But before going to the beach you have to book a table in the restaurant itself, do not take reservations by phone.

15 pm. Restaurant

After the fresh sea and beautiful sun, what better way to work up an appetite. So as it’s time to eat, we suggest having lunch in Can Pagès, on the road to Sant Carles, a classic and simple restaurant. With traditional rustic decor and a terrace with many plants this restaurant offers generous helpings of barbecued meat and vegetables or you can even try the typical dish of Ibiza, the sofrit pagès or rice a la matanza.

18 pm. Shooping

What a better way to work off the generous dishes of Can Pages, but to go for a stroll through Santa Gertrudis and do some shopping. It is a small inland village, ideal for shopping, it has nice shops where you will find original objects of clothing and decoration. We especially recommend Cucons, you’ll love it. It has some very original clothes, objects, tableware, bags … all with exquisite taste. Within walking distance of the village you’ll find Sluiz, on the roadside. A large space of decorative objects, souvenirs and original accessories.

20 pm. Sunset

A truely magical time in Ibiza, where you can see some of the most beautiful sunsets in the world. To do this we must go to Cala Comte beach (Cala Conta). This is one of the most beautiful places on the island where the sun is present every day hidden behind the blocks that stand against these beaches. These islands are nature reserve and are known as Illots Ponent, a freak of nature that made the landscape of the entire region an unforgettable postcard.

22 pm. Romantic Dinner

And what a better way to end this great day with a romantic dinner or “cenita”. We have chosen the restaurant Can Berri Vell, Sant Agusti des Vedra, overlooking the beautiful church of this tiny village. Delicious food served in a fantastic traditional country home, you will be pleasantly surprised with such dishes as beef tenderloin with foie and truffle sauce or red fruits, or duck with Pedro Ximénez sauce. The service is great and the atmosphere will leave you yearning to return.

24 pm Good Night

Now it’s time for some to go for a night cap while other of you will be ready for night out. We can go to Nassau Beach Club. A perfect spot to have a drink, listen to great music and enjoy their modern lounge club in Playa den Bossa. The night is still young in Ibiza….enjoy! .
