Saturday.
You wake up with the Ibiza sunshine which you have to take advantage of. So the best is to take your car and head to the beach of Ses Salines or Es Cavallet, where a long and fun day of sea, turquoise waters, sunbeds and a relaxing time awaits you. If you are a real “food lover” nothing like getting a table and enjoying a delicious typical rice dish at La Escollera or a fresh and delicious tuna fish dish at the Jockey Club. Grab your belongings and keep enjoying the most authentic spots on the island. In the afternoon, visit Las Dalias hippy market or even better, have a mojito at Sunset Ashram while enjoying one of the best moments of day, the sunset at Cala Conta. On Saturdays Ibiza’s nightlife side at Ushuaia Beach Club with its amazing parties is a must, and then keep dancing and partying with the best dance music at Space Ibiza.

Sunday. A good and healthy breakfast at Passion Café terrace on the Paseo Marítimo of Ibiza will make your body feel like the first day. So now let’s head to one of the most iconic beaches of the island, Es Jondal, where you can enjoy the sun a nice meal at Tropicana Beach Club. Later in the afternoon, just follow the beach shore and you’ll get to one of the most attractive beach clubs, Blue Marlin, where you’ll enjoy the authentic Ibiza atmosphere. Be sure to check out their boutique shop, where you’ll find boots, bracelets, dresses, fashion and thousands of accessories so you can feel dazzling and attractive. Delicious sushi for dinner at B.For and champagne for enjoying another party night at Pacha Ibiza.

Monday. Mondays in Ibiza aren’t a cause to complain. In the morning you can have some homemade bakery, fresh juice and a smoothie for breakfast at Croissant Show in Santa Eulalia or, if you’re around Ibiza Town, you can have breakfast in the Plaza of the Mercado Viejo (the old market plaza). Then you can go to the north of the island, to the beach of Benirràs, a mythical place for spending a beach day. For lunch we suggest Port de Balanzat restaurant, in the nearby Port de Sant Miquel where you can order the most representative fish dish of Ibiza’s cuisine, “Bullit peix” with “arroz a banda” while enjoying the incredible views. In the afternoon, a relaxing stroll through the old marine district of Ibiza, La Marina. Streets filled with unique Adlib fashion shops and boutiques with very trendy firms and brands open until well after midnight. Lío Ibiza is the best choice to end a Monday night, with its fantastic and fun late dinner show.

Tuesday. After yesterdays lively night, today’s ideal plan is to relax on a very quiet beach, for this we suggest Sol d’en Serra beach, at Cala Llonga, where you can enjoy a day at Amante Beach Club. Secluded beach, amazing cocktails and an exceptional menu in one of the most chic haven’s of Ibiza. Late in the afternoon, and after a typical holiday siesta, you can go to see one of the most photographed sunsets at Cap des Falcó. Everything you’ve seen so far will seem nothing once you’re immersed in this beautiful natural setting in the Natural Park of Ses Salines. And to whet your appetite the best is to go to KM5 restaurant, where having dinner is a true pleasure, and, without even moving from there you’ll enjoy themed nights in their nightclub. You can also enjoy its art gallery and boutique shop full of glamor and good taste both, in clothes and in accessories.

Wednesday. For Wednesday we suggest a trip to the island of Formentera. A paradise of turquoise waters. Visiting this island is a must. The best is to rent a bicycle or a scooter, because the island is small and easily explored. The beaches are long with white sand, the most popular one is Ses Illetas. Also you can visit charming villages such as Sant Francesc and enjoy its seafood and Mediterranean cuisine at different restaurants: Es Molí de Sal, Can Rafalet and Juan y Andrea.

Thursday. Today you’ll enjoy a beach day to the max at Es Cavallet beach. El Chiringuito has a great and exquisite service. Its new location is a success because it has enhanced this top level beach club, and you can stroll along the seashore and visit Torre de ses Portes. For dinner there’s nothing like Sa Brisa Gastro Bar, try their exquisite miniature tapas in Plaza del Parque in Ibiza Town. And if tonight you want something simpler for ending the day, a drink and live music at the historic Teatro Pereyra will liven up the evening until late with great Jazz and Soul music live.

Friday. Time to leave, but we’re sure you’re already wondering if soon you’ll be able to come again for another week… In the morning you can visit the amazing walled city of Dalt Vila, a World Heritage Site. You take a walk along the harbor and its narrow streets, go through the Renaissance walls and you go up to Dalt Vila, where the Castle and the Cathedral are situated, stroll along the bastions, visit museums or do some shopping. If you need to eat early go over to Plaza del Parque, to Resturante In & Out with Asian fusion cuisine or, if you prefer something more traditional you can go to La Marina, to the legendary Bar San Juan. On your way to the Airport when remembering the whole trip you’ll have in mind that Ibiza is day and night, peace and lively atmosphere, sun and beach, food and history. Ibiza is and will be The Island.
